Consistently analyze and update tools to maintain efficiency and examine and recommend the use and purchase of labor saving devices.Timely communication to the supervisor for any projects related issues or improvements.Have the ability to work long hours when needed.Have good follow-up and time management skills.Train and instruct the client on the proper use of the equipment.Assist clients in after hour service related calls.Assist with design, layout, field surveys, and client meetings as needed to secure a bid requested by sales or management.Interface with DynaFire Engineering Department to create accurate documentation.Follow all DynaFire policies and procedures.Perform all tasks listed on service repairs, deficiencies, and installations work orders.Maintain a good working relationship with AHJ's.Assist the DynaFire's Sales and Estimating staff with information leading to additional sales and change order opportunities.Maintain the ability to effectively communicate the needs required to complete DynaFire's scope of work to all parties responsible for portions effecting the timely completion of that scope.Responds to clients' service related issues promptly and must have the ability to deal effectively with clients.
